A fun and interactive 45-minute baby friendly fitness class suitable for all fitness levels.
We focus on regaining core, pelvic floor and glute strength whilst increasing your fitness level.
Expect to work with body weight, resistance bands and your baby (where possible) to tone up and get strong.
Screaming feeding and sleeping babies are all welcome. It's a relaxed environment, where we are all in the same boat.
Bubs from 6 weeks are welcome, as long as you have clearance from your GP to exercise.
First class is £5.
