Our Teen Fit Circuits sessions are back this Saturday 19th January
Our fun physical training sessions specifically designed for teenagers involves 45 minutes of cardiovascular and body weight exercises and 'Teen Fit' is aimed at boosting speed, strength, and core stability (which is also ideal for improving sports performance)
Exercise also has profound health benefits for adolescents – increased energy, healthy weight and it can also lead to improved academic performance. Not only that, there are numerous mental health benefits particularly in relation to depression and encouraging improved self-perception, confidence and of course MOOD!
The sessions run on Saturday mornings at 9.15-10:00 am on Wandsworth Common, along from the Skylark Cafe by the parallel bars, on the corner of Dorlcote Road.
