Thursdays 9.30am, starting 28th February 2019.
This 75 minute class aims to bring a more restorative and relaxed flow to stretching with some added upside down action! Drawing on the principles of Aerial Yoga and combining them with moves and tricks from Aerial Slings, this class will gently stretch, tone, lengthen and refresh the muscles all over the body.
Afterwards, lying supported by the sling, there will be a short relaxation period to prepare you for the rest of your day! With the aerial slings rigged at waist height, this class is suitable as an introduction to aerial, for anyone with mobility concerns, or those who have had a break from exercise and are looking for a gentle, safe and accessible way back to fitness.
