Hi,
Looking for some ideas of venues for a 3 yr old bday party. We were thinking of having a picnic in Battersea Park, but need somewhere else nearby in case it rains. I’m thinking of function rooms or halls that have toys...

Any suggestions?

Soft play goes down well at that age. Bertie & Boo, Eddie Catz etc. or you can do the party at Battersea Park Zoo if some of the guests are older.
