Online Baby Massage and Baby Yoga Classes

Postby sandraf » Thu Apr 02, 2020 3:50 pm

Hello everyone! I hope you are well during these 'trying' times for all of us. I just want to let you know that I am now running my 'Baby Massage' and 'Baby Yoga' classes online.
Baby Massage is suitable from birth and not only will I show you some lovely relaxing massage techniques but I will also show you some great winding moves for baby (these are ideal for the baby from birth to six weeks) which is when Colic for example can strike. I will also show you some lovely soothing and settling holds which are a great help to any new parent out there struggling with a 'witching hour' (for example). Also included is a 'Virtual Meetup' after the sessions for all participants who wish to join allowing chat and social time!

Baby Yoga is a fun and joyful class for you and your baby! This is an energetic and dynamic way to further deepen the bond with your baby. The online classes suitable for babies from 4 months +. You will learn some fun yoga moves you and baby can do together along with lots of singing, giggles and bubbles as we go along. This session also includes a 'Virtual Meetup' after the sessions for socialising and chat :-)
Both classes are on a 'Pay as you go basis' and are available to anyone who would like to join in so please do share this post with friends/family anywhere (in the UK) who may wish to join. Just a reminder Baby Massage classes are suitable from birth and Baby Yoga from 4 months onwards.

If you would like to see some reviews about my classes please see this link -https://organisers.hoop.co.uk/customer-feedback/

To book a space please go to my website http://www.northcotebaby.com and see booking link at the bottom of my 'Massage' and 'Yoga' pages. Thank you all and here's wishing you and your families good health through these times x
