Great news for new mums! Our popular Mother & Baby
class is now running again on Wednesdays from 2.30 to 3.30pm.
Taught by the lovely Jo Harris
, the focus of this gentle yet effective post-natal class is to re-tone your body after pregnancy and help reduce physical tension and strain. The class is designed to include your baby in a playful way to stimulate development. The mood is fun, friendly and relaxed, and no yoga experience is necessary.
On Monday 10th May we will be launching a second Mother & Baby class which will run from 10.45 to 11.45am, and on Wednesday 19th May our 5.30 – 6.45pm Pregnancy Yoga class will resume. In the interim, we’re open for massage and beauty services so if you’re in need of a bit of pampering after lockdown, look no further!
