We went to this today and it was a total disaster from start to finish

The service was non existent, but worst of all, the promised ‘kids entertainment’ was a bored man sat on a stool playing music from his phone, completely ignoring all the children

We asked 4 or 5 times when the entertainment was stating only to be told the entertainer was running late
Then over 1 hour into the sitting, the man who has been sitting there all morning finally got off the stool to ask kids if they wanted a glitter tattoo
5 mins later, that was done and here ended the ‘entertainment’, bar blowing a few bubbles at random intervals.
The kids brunch took an hour to arrive, and the adult food took longer still

And to add final insult to an awful meal, when the bill arrived, we had been billed again for the kids tickets, despite having paid for them in advance

The waiter tried to argue that this hadn’t been paid for, and only after showing the email confirmation AND the amount being paid on my banking app did they finally and reluctantly deduct the amount.

Absolute waste of time and money, I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

Hi BatterseaBlitz,

We are so sorry you had this awful experience with us! It is certainly not up to our standards and trust that we will be looking into this matter to ensure this does not happen ever again to any of our guests. We will be giving you a personal call to resolve this matter!

Best regards,

The Exhibit Team
