I’m happy to announce that children’s yoga and family yoga is launching early August!
Yoga is scientifically proven to benefit the body and the mind. In children it also promotes creativity and social skills.
After the hard times we had we all need to relax and yoga is the best way.
Family yoga allow families to spend some quality time together having fun and relax.
Children’s yoga Summer classes will start 4/08/2021 and run for 4 weeks at following times:
Wed 10am 3-7 yrs old at St John’s the Divine, Garratt Lane, Earsfield SW18 4EH
Classes last approx 45mins. 8£ per child.
Family yoga (3-12 yrs old) starts 05/08 and runs for 4 weeks:
Thur 10am at St Paul’s Community centre, 23 Inner Park Road, Southfields, SW19 6ED
Class lasts approx 60mins. 18£ per family.
From Sept will be offering afterschool clubs for 3-12 yrs old and toddler yoga at the both location and family yoga on Saturday mornings in Earsfield.
