Girls Football FREE Taster Session - Thursday 01 September - 10:30-12:00
At Open Air Fit we love football and have been running kids sessions for both boys and girls for a number of years, but following on from the success of the LIONESSES this Summer we'd love to encourage more of our young girls to take up Football so are offering a FREE taster session to all age 6-14.
A fun and friendly session for girls to try out football for the first time, or give it another go. \
Many of the parents have seen the girls who have been coming to our weekly Saturday sessions grow in confidence, make new friends and see their girls stay active and healthy. Mel, as many of you know is a former professional player himself and loves nothing better than teaching kids of all ages.
No previous experience necessary at all and football boots NOT required for this session.
