CrossFit Kids - Classes for 3-5 and 6-8 year olds.
Sessions run every Wednesday 4-4:30pm.
Classes are based around building the foundations and understanding of good movement.
We complete a series of simple exercises, for example - a session may place a focus on squats.
Games will then build on working through the squatting range of motion, whilst further developing movement patterns such as balance (vestibular system) and increasing bone health (impact loading/ jumping), through fun elements of interactive learning.
