Shouldn’t we be aware of our Mental Health EVERY WEEK?

Last week was Mental Health Awareness Week.

Yet everyday, children face more academic and social pressures than ever before. In addition, adolescents sometimes have to navigate pressures from school, peers, homelife as well as changing bodies and growing minds.... and it’s now exam season!

TeenYoga and Mindfulness Exam Prep Workshop

The aim:
This workshop will teach teenagers the tools required to:-
* Help focus their thoughts
* Give instant energy
* Release frustration and tension
* Build mental power
* Reduce physical pain through stretching
* Balance the functioning of the nervous system through deep abdominal breathing exercises
* Leave them relaxed, stress free and with a calm mind!
