We invite families to join us for FREE trial session!
Getting fit and practice Wushu (Kung Fu) together with your child/children.
Enjoy a good family time while having a good work out.

* your child can learn self-defence
*you can learn the skills alongside them

*wushu (Kung fu) helps raise self esteem. Help build resilience in your child
*wushu involves cardio, strength workout so you will both be getting physical exercise
*wushu is helpful for emotional well being, developing powers of concentration, self didcipline
* you and your child will be part of a supportive community

Won many regional and national competitions.
He is extremely patient and very kindwith children.

Time: 3-4pm, Saturday’s term time

The only Chinese Martial arts class (Kung fu) in South West London that teaches self-defence technique, and for all the families.

We really understand how previous family time is in a Saturday afternoon. And practicing Wushu (Kung Fu), can help young children develop cognitive skills, co-ordination, balance and memory. Children will learn many different forms of stances, stretchings, long jumps, cartwheels during the session. Then they will learn self-defence techniques so they are confidence knowing how to protect themselves when facing bullying. Chinese martial arts is a combination of discipline, respect, percverence, that gives both physical and mental strength building. It is a true element martial arts that complement with what children do not get from their PE classes. Parents can join the training at the same time to share a precious family time and getting fit together.
