Coding for Kids

Postby rwickham » Fri Nov 16, 2018 1:01 pm

We are now running Code Club sessions at Caius House in Battersea every Thursday during term time. The sessions last 1 hour and are from 5.30pm to 6.30pm.
There is no charge, Code Club is a national charity and we are volunteers. The projects gradually introduce coding concepts to allow young people to build their knowledge incrementally, starting with Scratch and moving on to HTML and Python.

We do a project per week so you can just drop in, but as they get progressively harder, it's better if your child can come regularly.

The projects are aimed at Year 5 to Year 7, but we do have some younger children so all are welcome!

We have about 5 free places at the moment, so please come along one Thursday is you'd like to try out a session.
