Yoga for mums to be: we invite you to the beautiful studio at Samsara to start your pregnancy journey the best way possible.  Our Pregnancy yoga class is suitable for total beginners and for students who would like to maintain their practice.  Yoga throughout pregnancy is a great way to prepare your body and mind in preparation for labour.  Classes are warm, fun and a great way to connect and feel part of a community of pregnant women.
