After all the course participants have given birth, there will be one further Postnatal gathering to practice a little postnatal yoga, debrief the incredible new mother experience, share stories, reconnect with all your course mates after the birth and introduce your new babies.

I attended Nadia’s course when pregnant with my first and third babies.

I loved it - great time out to think about you and your baby. You learn pregnancy yoga moves, which I used a lot at home during the latter stages of pregnancy and early stages of labour. I also enjoyed hearing and discussing the tips from Nadia and the rest of my group on breath work during labour, positions and mindfulness.

I had good labour experiences - and I think Nadia’s support and advice from this course helped a lot.

I would recommend this course!
