Join Yogini, birth doula and antenatal teacher Nadia Raafat for a half-day of hands-on practical exercises, movement, mindfulness, discussion, breathwork and massage as we explore the labour journey and how best to travel it from the initiation of labour at home to babe-in-arms and successfully breastfeeding.
Expect great discussion, plenty of practical exercises, mindfulness practices, breathwork as well as time for reflection, connection and deep relaxation.
