Pre & Post Natal Fitness

Ladies, do you want to get fit & feel great, but don’t know where to start?

This is where I come in…

My name is Amy Knipe, I’m a pre & post natal specialist personal trainer, who’s mission is to help women feel happy & confident in their own skin.

I’ve worked with lots of Mums of all shapes and sizes and facing different challenges stay fit, active and strong during and after pregnancy.

Whatever your fitness goal is, I will ensure you stay focused & motivated and I will make sure you enjoy each and every session.

If you had a natural childbirth (not a C-section), you may have torn tissue in your vagina. If this is the case, doctors advise you not to exercise. I had a natural childbirth without vaginal trauma. My doctor advised me to go to fitness with other young moms because I had postpartum depression and I needed to go to something in a group to keep in touch with other women and moms 💕
