Fitness for mummies is an outdoor fitness & exercise class in Battersea park.
The class is designed to strengthen and tone your whole body with a big emphasis on rebuilding your core strength which will help alleviate any niggling back pain.
All fitness levels are welcome, and exercises will be progressed or regressed to suit your current fitness level.
The class is 50minutes long and takes place Monday’s 9.30am or Tuesday’s 9am and is £20.
It’s a fun and friendly group of local mummies, looking to work on their fitness in a relaxed environment.
