On top of our full day course you will then be given our Online Hypnobirthing Course which you can use if you want to dive deeper, recap any areas and for extra support in the lead up to your birth.
In total this is around 14 hours worth of teaching as well as 7 high-quality hypnobirthing audio tracks with a choice of background music, your editable birth planner and access to our wonderful Facebook group.
