My name is Nadia and I am an experienced pregnancy yoga teacher and mindfulness for childbirth educator as well as birth doula.
I am starting a new DAYTIME prenatal yoga with Mindfulness class at the beautiful Nest Studio just off Battersea Park and Latchmere Roads.
In this weekly TUESDAY MORNING class we will be practicing prenatal yoga, biomechanics for birth and yoga for birth alongside mindfulness to support you mentally and emotionally on your birth journey and into motherhood too.
Classes are limited to just 5 people each week. All equipment is provided.
We start tomorrow at 10.30AM-11.45am and will run every Tuesday. Join anytime from 14 weeks and stay until you give birth.
Classes cost £20 to drop-in to or you can book a five class pack for £75
