Here at Parkside gym we have built a fantastic community of supportive, like minded women, all on the journey to restore their core and re-build the foundations of fitness after pregnancy.
We understand the anxiety that can be faced around fitness after giving birth - the “do’s and don'ts”. For that reason our training programme is designed to provide new mums the confidence and guidance needed to feel safe stepping back into their fitness journey.
