Using a combination of breathing and relaxation techniques it can help to create inner balance whilst strengthening your body and increasing flexibility.
We run a pregnancy yoga class every Saturday morning at 09.00am in the stunning upstairs studio at Fresh Ground.
Our pregnancy fitness classes can be started from 14 weeks to full term.
