Hypnobirthing is a FULL antenatal education for both the mum to be and her birth partner.
It covers everything that you will need to know for the big day, including physiological birth, caesarean birth and induced birth as well as your recovery following your birth.
This class is taught in a small, friendly group by an expert antenatal hypnobirthing teacher. It takes place over one information packed day rather than taking weeks of evenings after work.
Our next class will be held at Physio For All, SW11, on the 28th May (and then again on the last Sunday of each month). We have free parking outside if you'd prefer to drive on the day.
