Nadia is a highly experienced Yoga and Meditation Teacher, a birth educator and birth doula with over 50 births behind her.. The co-founder of BatterseaYoga and the author of Yoga & Mindfulness for Pregnancy & Birth a five class DVD programme for Pregnancy that has been widely endorsed by midwifes, maternity magazines and review sites alike, Nadia has spent 14 years working with and supporting pregnant women and their partners on the journey to motherhood and in birthing their families.
She is the founder of the popular Yoga & Mindfulness for Pregnancy & Birth 12 Week course which has prepared hundreds of Battersea women for empowered birthing. She is also a regular contributor to a wide range of press and online publications on the subjects of pregnancy, birth and self-development.
Nadia is a mother of 4 and has herself experienced one undiagnosed breech C-Section, and three homebirths.
