Michelle will guide you through postures designed to strengthen your body and mind, as well as to create more space for your growing baby, and to help ease common pregnancy ailments such as backache, swollen joints and heartburn. Breathwork will leave you feeling more relaxed, improve your sleep, promote a deeper connection to your baby and prepare you for labour and birth. Meditation, mantras and visualisations will empower you and leave you feeling stronger and better prepared for your journey into motherhood no matter whether it is your 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th time.
