Pregnancy gift

Postby R.S » Mon Oct 01, 2018 9:44 pm

My friend is pregnant- I want to spoil her and give her gifts at every trimester
1st trimester I was thinking some bath salts and oils along with a pregnancy book
2nd or third trimester pregnancy massage and the big pregnancy pillows to help her sleep.
I desperately need ideas pleasee
Basically what you felt would really help in each trimester-?
Thank you guys

Have a look at https://www.dontbuyherflowers.com/ This company originally started as alternative gifts for new mums (other than flowers) but has branched out into care packages for anyone who needs a bit of TLC. I would be happy to receive anything from here... just need to find a friend like you! 😃 😉

I think it depends on the person.

Some people almost want to pretend they’re not pregnant so want fun stuff like they’d usually have (night out, pampering etc) others just want to sit quietly and be left alone to vomit. In which case practical help is a god send.

Not sure if I have helped!

i agree with SW12Pops, depends on the person! I would be inclined to get them a range of things if you are unsure. For example, they may be craving some treats therefore you could get them some luxury chocolate boxes or they might be worried they do not have enough muslin cloths, and you of course swoop into the rescue!

Just put on your Sherlock hat and get chatting to the mum to be to sneakily see what they want!! Here are some gifty ideas for you if you are still stuck:
