Linked more ways than we realise
Interesting read and one not to be ignored as new science is proving that autism starts in the womb
Can cause babies to be breech, therefore forcing many unnecessary C sections. Not getting the mother’s microbiome is detrimental to the developing baby.
Having a good diet during pregnancy you can avoid many complications and waiting naturally for your baby to arrive rather than go against Mother Nature and force an induction
If you have concerns around induction you can find support and information regarding your rights
The best thing I did during this pregnancy was to avoid anything the doctors say and let my body do what my body knows to do
Currently obsessing over my 3 month old DC but struggling after 9 years with many problems with my son was born 37 weeks via C section. Being coerced by doctors. This time around I waited until 42 weeks and she arrived on time because if you work out from implantation not missed period or conception which is ridiculous way of calculating. You due date is an estimate not an expiry date.
We are working with amazing people to reverse it and with good diet and working on his microbiome we are getting places but this should of never had to happen.
Don’t feel pressured to induce, if you’re baby is breech you can still deliver naturally
If you don’t think you can deliver a baby naturally find out why you feel that way, don’t feel pressured to listen to other people’s “horrific” birth stories which seem to such a trend
Keep your horror stories to yourself, no one needs to take on that, especially first time mums
Hypobirthing works, you don’t need drugs
Your vagina is magic!
Here’s to healthy babies with healthy microbiome and healthy immune systems. I believe C sections are amazing when really needed. But even doctors realise that not getting the bacteria from mum has real consequences to babies health.
If you are struggling with the thought of giving birth naturally then seek help and advice.
I am only sharing because I wish someone would of told me many years ago, just to be patient and trust my body and my baby
