Need Advice

My nephew is going to a new day care comes home everyday with scratches bruises but even worse it's only his first year her and he has gotten hand foot n mouth disease more than 5 times I'm going to change his school but what can I do for the other kids parents that have the same problem who can I call about the cleanliness and wellbeing of kids
