Hi my name is K and I am a qualified level 4 Sleep Consultant.

I am available for phone/email consultations during 5pm onwards and I also offer other support on request. I can offer sleep advice for babies and toddlers and if you need general advice about your child’s daily routine/behaviour management etc.

I am a qualified Early Years Teacher/FE Childcare Teacher also, so if you need any educational guidance during this time, please feel free to contact me.
