Our eldest daughter will start school in September, she is currently at nursery and pre-school. We will need someone to pick her up from school and her brother from nursery, and look after them both at our house until 7pm. Occassionally we will need her taking to school.
We would like both children to get used to having a nanny before school starts in September and therefore would like to employ someone from July.
We live in Balham and the school and nursery are within 10 minutes walking distance.
We are looking for a NON-SMOKING, ENGLISH-SPEAKING, happy, energetic, caring, reliable and trustworthy person to come and help our family from the July, we are flexible about start dates.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- HOURS: 3pm til 7pm Mon-Friday
- LIVE OUT
- Collecting children from school/nursery and bringing them to our house/playdates
- Preparing tea for children (vegetarian)
- Playing with the children: toys, painting, outdoor games, board games, creative projects
- Occasional food shopping when required.
- General help with household chores: emptying dishwasher and tidying, wiping surfaces, hanging washing out
REQUIREMENTS:
- EXCELLENT English
- START July
- LIVE OUT
- At least 2 years nannying experience young children
- To be caring and fun with children, keep them safe
- Childcare qualifications including first-aid preferred.
- CRB check
- Non-smoker
OTHER:
-We are very close to Balham town-centre (5mins) and Northcote Road (20mins)
- Salary circa £250 per week depending on qualifications.
- Valid work permit required if not EU resident.
- Availiability for baby-sitting appreciated
