I am returning to work from Sept (4 or 5 days a week TBC) and beginning to think about childcare. Our baby daughter will be 13 months then. I will need a nanny or a nanny share, any advice? How does a nanny share generally work? Any nannies with good references interested in getting in touch? Any mums with similar age babies in the area who may be interested in sharing a nanny?
