Hello,

May I know how much does baby sitting cost in London? I have been paying 10 pounds an hour for the occasional few hours on Friday nights.

£8-10 depending on who/when you hire. Some agencies eg sitters or like minders have set fees which are a bit less than this which you pay plus an agency fee.

I pay £10ph to a couple of staff members from my daughter's nursery.
Some evenings it's just sitting watching TV, others they will bath, put to bed, then sit.

I pay from £7 to £9/h, never £10.
Kids are grown up (9.5 and 12) and can go to bed independently.
