We are looking to set-up a nannyshare. We would like to set this up on mutual terms with our sharing family, so would look to find our nanny once we have identified a family to share with. Our 2 year old son is currently in nursery school full time with 1 month's notice and we would like to find a nannyshare ASAP to provide a more consistent and loving environment for our little boy.
