Trying to retain my nanny... or looking for a new one

Hi There,
Anyone interested in a nanny share in Tooting Broadway? We’re very happy with our Spanish nanny that works Mon-Fri 13-18h, but she's leaving us for a full time job for financial reasons. If we find another family we could do a nanny share with we wouldn't lose her :D
If no families are interested in a nanny share… any nannies out there interested in working Mon-Fri, 13-18h? We need her to be English native speaker, since DD is already exposed to quite a mix of languages.
