Live out nanny guidance

Need some guidance on live in nanny employment terms such as standard salary and pay for extra hours worked I.e how much to pay for working extra hours, weekends as feel like was ripped off by last nanny!

Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

Extra hours and weekends hours should be the standard nanny rate 10-12£ an hour. There is no difference between extra hour for a live in or live out nanny. The only difference is for her weekly payment, a live in nanny has less money, because she gets acomodation included. Hope this helps.

I was paying my nanny between 40-85£ per night, depending on the time my little one woke up, but mostly I paid £65. My nanny is live out and she has 3 years with us.
