We are looking for a live-in au pair as our current au pair from Australia is leaving us in two weeks' time.
We live in Poet's Corner in Acton,West London, a lovely community with great transport links (Overground, plus Acton Town – Piccadilly line, and 10 mins' from Shepherd's Bush – Central and Hamm & City lines). We have three fun, bright boys, aged 2, 4 and 6. Our eldest is at school until 4pm or 5pm every day, so the main responsibilities would be to look after our two-year-old and our four-year-old (who is at nursery until lunchtime) and to collect the eldest from school, give them all tea and a bath before I return from work.
The position is for four days a week Mon–Thurs 8.15am–6.15pm with the occasional Friday and some babysitting. Housework will not be a major part of the role as we have a cleaner.
We will pay between £175 and £250 per week depending on experience, and we will provide all food.
We are looking for someone fun, responsible and energetic, someone who loves being with children and who has bags of initiative. The ideal candidate will have very good English. If you know of anyone who fits the bill, please get in touch!
