We are a lovely, busy family of 5, two girls age 3.5 & 1 and a 3 month old little boy. We are looking for a live in nanny or au pair commencing November 2016.
The position will be 4/5 days per week, 7.30am-7.70pm. There will also be some weekend work on the weekends my husband is working (once a month generally) and one evening of babysitting per week.
Hours can be negotiated if necessary.
Our older daughter is at nursery 4 mornings so I will need help with nursery drop off/pick up, help with looking after our younger daughter in the morning and help to entertain them both in the afternoons (usually with me).
The role will include light housework, including keeping children's bedrooms tidy, tidying up after meals and keeping play areas tidy throughout the day.
We will need help preparing light meals and particularly need help with bath and bedtime.
We live in Balham/Wandsworth common and are very close to the commons and there are tons of kids activities on in the area (walking distance) so it is not difficult to keep them entertained.
We are looking for someone who is discreet, grounded, who shows maturity and sensibility. You will need to show initiative too with arranging playdates and outings. You will need to be happy working along side us in a team and helping to support my husband and I with the children as I am currently on maternity leave and at home full-time looking after our son.
We are looking for someone who is kind and empathetic, who understands children's emotions. We would also like someone creative, who can entertain the children without television, the internet or iphones!
Accommodation is a double room with bathroom (including bath) shared with the children. Tv and wifi also in room.
