Babycare age 1

Hi all,
We are shortly expecting the birth of our first, and live in SW11. I wondered if anyone had experience of using Bright Horizons or Baby Room for full time baby care at age 1? We would also be any experience of nursery care at that age versus getting a nanny or nanny share?
