Over the past few years, Growing Young Minds and Test Club have provided successful and popular revision courses preparing children for the Wandsworth Test and Secondary School Entrance Exams.  

This year our 4-day online course will guide children through the key areas of Verbal & Non-Verbal Reasoning, boosting confidence, speed, and accuracy. Our qualified and experienced teachers will provide direct teaching and support in the key areas.  Teaching packs will be delivered before the course these will consist of materials to be used during the lessons and as additional practice after the course.

I can fully recommend this course to all kids (well, and their parents) who want to build their Wandsworth test skills and knowledge. 

Our daughter attended the course run by Katherine last year at Belleville school.  I know that this year the course is running online for obvious reasons, and while there are of course specifics of online learning I am sure Katherine and the team will take care of it all and plan accordingly. 

While, of course, the course didn't replace the need for preparation and practicing at home, the course gave her a much more structured approach to handling the test on the day as well as a lot of useful tips for each question type. 

But most importantly, it gave a boost of confidence which is as important as the knowledge and skills, in my opinion. 

The teachers are great, Katherine has been of great help to us not just with test preparation but with the whole school application strategy and approach. 

And well, finally, the actual test results - we were more than happy with! I'm sure attending this course helped my daughter achieve the score she needed.

As I’m sure is the same for many parents I find it near impossible trying to tutor my own son but he gets on brilliantly with Kath.

She is helping him prepare for the VR and NVR tests this year and she is really improving his understanding. He is really comfortable with her and I can see his confidence growing. So pleased we found her!
