This is what you have to send to verify your address.
Send your friend this if you need to show her why faking an address on the application form won’t work
“ Therefore, we now need to verify that the address you provided at the time of your application is yours, and your child’s permanent address and is not an address which has been used solely for admission purposes. Therefore, please could you complete the enclosed declaration, and provide at least three of the following documents as well as your child’s Full Birth Certificate and proof of child’s address (please see enclosed sheet for acceptable documents):
Category 1 – two documents are required from category 1
• Bank Statement (must show your name and address)
• Tenancy Agreement
• Mortgage Statement
• UK Driver’s Licence (Photo card only)
Category 2 – one document is required from category 2
• Utility Bill (Gas/Electricity/Water Only)
• Council Tax Bill
• Child Benefit Statement
• Benefits Entitlement Letter
At least one of the above documents must be dated within the last three months. If you have lived at your address for more than one year, then one of the above documents must be more than one year old.
If you have declared that you have lived at your address for less than one year, please will you also submit evidence that all ties with the previous address(es) have been relinquished. For example, this could be a copy of the contract/transfer for sale of the property or documentation or correspondence confirming the termination of tenancy agreement and reasons for moving.”
