Private schools in Clapham/Balham/Wimbledon

Postby gcatuk » Sun Mar 18, 2018 4:50 pm

We are moving back to London from Spain in July. We are looking for private schools near Tooting Broadway preferably 4-18 range but could also do just primary.

Any recommendations? Where can I find a full list of private schools in the area? What's the ballpark for private school fees and do they vary greatly or are they all around the same? I heard it's typically around 15k per year.

What's the cost of things like after school clubs, and activities like dance, horse riding or martial arts?

I am trying to get an idea of monthly expenses so not really looking for exact amounts just a ballpark.

Good morning. We hope you and your family are well.
Private school fees are approximately £15,000 per year.

Dear gcatuk
The NVN Schools Guide is an excellent resource and a great starting point!

If you'd like a no-obligation chat about your school options and then perhaps some support through school applications, please give us a call on +44 (0)203 488 0754.

Most independent schools in SW London are selective to a greater or lesser degree. We can discuss with you whether your child/children might need help in preparing for the entrance process, with an academic assessment that will help you choose the right schools and online one-to-one tutoring if necessary.

Wishing you well with the move and your education choices,
JK Educate
