Garden specialist with lawn development skills

Hi there - does anyone know someone who could help with lawn development for SW11 (Broomwood Road) garden (approx 8m by 4m)? Need someone who genuinely understands how to improve growth on difficult lawn to nurture!

Have you thought about getting fake grass? It looks fab and no maintenance required!
