Hello,

I hope you are well. My partner is a local builder specialising in carpentry. I am sure he would be able to do this project for you. His number is: 07400459374. Please check out his website: http://beqirasllani.website2.me

Have a lovely day,

Magdalena

I can highly recommend Ernest and Sergy. They just finished a major loft renovation at mine, and have previously done a cloak room and a front door. PM me if you want to see the quality of work! They were very fast and very reasonably priced. You can also search my post to see I had builders from hell before, so it took me a long time to find someone I can fully trust.

Ernest +44 7876 566763

If you want to start April 1st I would start the conversation ASAP - good builders are always busy!

Hey There,

We used Renis @ Design & Build London Renovation Ltd for ours last year and I cant fault them. You deal direct with the owners which just felt better for us. We had a few larger companies come and quote but they just wasn't personal enough for us. Price and time scales where competitive and their references all passed the test as they were able to invite me to one of their on-going projects not far from our house, where I was able to speak to their client and get their view and experience working with them too.

Hope this helps!

I’d recommend matt Waller. He’s local in SW18 and has done loads of work in the area. His team are brilliant and we’ve been very impressed by them. Only down side maybe he’s very booked up but worth having a chat with him incase he’s got a space. 07866 726347

I strongly recommend Brown Property Services, who did a whole house renovation for us last year.  We have been very pleased with all aspects of their work, including the aftercare.  You can call the team on 020 8944 1800.

Your works has probably already started, but this is more for others reading this thread later on!

I can recommend Riga Interiors - I've used them twice for a 2 bedroom flat and also a 5 bedroom house.
Not for big structural works (e.g. extensions, etc) but small structural works (knocking through walls) and general renovation, bathroom revamp, etc.

I found the crew did a good job, on time, and also the quotes were competitive.
The one weakness though is Design and Advice - you need to go into the project knowing what you want rather than rely on them for design guidance, and also you need to know what materials/fittings you want.
