Solicitor recommendation for dealing with freeholder

Postby ghpilates » Fri Aug 30, 2019 2:42 pm

Hello,
I am looking for a (reasonably priced!) solicitor to help me to communicate with my freeholder and understand my rights as a leaseholder. My lease is very vague and I need to know if the things she is imposing, and the things that I have requested and that have been refused, are reasonable and legal. Any recommendations? TIA.

I recently had to extend the lease on my flat and our solicitor Tom Mead sorted it all out.

He’s at Bennett Welch solicitors in Crystal Palace and their number is 020 8670 6141.

Hope that helps!

Call Ben Colenutt of Jamieson Alexander. He eats, sleeps and breathes leasehold law! You'll be in very good hands. His number is 0330 200 0017.
