Last Autumn I had my three floor house painted professionally who used plastic white paint. I now have two problems, mainly on the north, shady side of the house.
1. Over the winter algae has grown up the wall to the height of two feet.
2. Tiny cracks in the paintwork are now starting to appear. Some many feet in length. The cracks do not appear to be affecting the brickwork.
Is there a simple and long term solution, or do I have to live with it.?
