Hi. I had a Plumis mister system installed in my house because my council asked me as a condition to grant planning permission for an open plan kitchen living room. A year after the system was installed one of the valves in the water inlet hose failed an flooded my flat an my neighbours flat under me. Their response to the incident was “ you will have to claim on your insurance” which was a little bit annoying. I mean, their system fails and it destroys two flats and they wash their hands? That’s a bit unprofessional. Has anyone had any problems with them?
