I've just had a look at the map and you're absolutely correct - and it's most odd. My initial thoughts were that perhaps the fact that Belleville School is on Belleville might mean that people complain about antisocial behaviour, but that seems ridiculously far fetched given that it's a primary school, and of course there is no corresponding uplift around Honeywell or Bolingbroke Academy.
As a resident of some 20 years, and having worked in property for that time, I wouldn't say that I have any knowledge of any increased 'issues' on Belleville Road, but the map does seem to show a very different picture.
My only thought was whether they simply put the number over Belleville Road as a central point of 'between the commons'. Most unfortunate if you actually live on Belleville though...!!
