Quooker - are alternative options as good?

Postby red or blue » Fri May 13, 2022 3:42 pm

Want to get an instant hot water tap for the kitchen. Does anyone have a brand other than quooker and would they recommend and does anyone know if they are as good as the quooker brand?

Why would you not want a Quooker one? We’ve had one for over eight years and it’s been super reliable.

Thanks Dudette that is fab to hear. To be honest I was just trying to compare with the cost of a second brand if there was one that was deemed to be as good. Nothing more.

Lost my login again, sorry! Can’t compare, as haven’t had a Quooker, but have a 4 way Insinkerator tap and am v happy with it. Previously had a filter/hot water one in another house, which was also good.

We've had our Quooker tap for over 10 years and haven't had any problems with it, even with heavy daily usage.

You will need to get it serviced now and again, especially since the hard water of London means a lot of limescale builds up inside the tank and tap.
