Had a leak pre-Xmas, but frustrated with the roofing experts that I have contacted. Some just don't even want to come and quote, as they're fully booked up. Some came to quote, but then never sent the quote despite chasing! And one was really good, but the pricing is eye-watering too high.

So 2023 New Year's Resolution - find another one or two roofing companies. Any recommendations from this lovely community? Ideally one where you've had a leaking roof, specifically a flat roof, diagnosed and fixed, to your satisfaction and budget!

Avoid Series A Roofing like the plague.

Paid them a large sum to re-do our flat roof which then turned out to have been unnecessary because their diagnosis was wrong and it didn’t fix the leak we had. Charged us more to do fresh work to fix it. All the while, poor customer service - near impossible to get hold of them when things didn’t go right. Wasted hours on the phone. Only replied promptly when it came to any discussion on payment.
