Can any one recomend a good carpet cleaning company? A few friends have used various people but can't recommend anyone as they were cowboys apparently!

Depending on what fedback you get we might use a firm ourselves.

I found Servicemaster very good - they were recommended by the carpet department in John Lewis. Their details will come up if you Google them.

I know a good carpet cleaner - they have been coming to clean my white and cream carpets (laid pre-children!!) for years. They have recently been distributing leaflets locally with 1/2 price discount:

All the cleaners are good but I request MARK. The guy who runs the company is Jon who is also good.
